How to prevent corrosion of power fittings

1. Remove the dirt on the surface of power fittings, and then apply a layer of paint evenly to increase the resistance and flexibility on the surface of power fittings. 

2. Apply a layer of epoxy resin to the accessories, and then accumulate a layer of glass cloth before the epoxy resin layer is cured.

3. Apply two layers of epoxy resin on the surface of glass fiber fittings of the equipment. Once the two layers of epoxy are cured, apply three layers of epoxy, and then place two layers of glass cloth before the three layers of epoxy are cured. Then apply four layers of epoxy resin on two layers of glass cloth. Continuously apply one or more epoxy resins to four epoxy resin coatings. Continuously apply one or more layers of epoxy resin to the second epoxy resin layer.

The anti-corrosion data includes: one layer of flexible data, one layer is coated on the data layer by layer, one layer of epoxy resin, one layer of glass cloth and two layers of epoxy resin.

Three layers of epoxy resin coating are covered layer by layer on two layers of epoxy resin, one layer of glass fiber cloth and four layers of epoxy resin coating. The anti-corrosion power fittings produced by this new method have the advantages of corrosion resistance, good insulation, good mechanical load ability and good flexibility.
